Governance
GEIR, the European Re-refining Industry Section of UEIL (the Union of the European Lubricants Industry), operates according to its own Rules of Operation.
In instances not covered by these rules, GEIR follows the UEIL Statutes. For representation at the UEIL, GEIR designates either its President or a Vice President to participate on the UEIL Board of Directors. The GEIR representative provides updates about GEIR’s activities during UEIL Board meetings and UEIL General Meetings.
